Quinta de la Rosa is a winery situated on the river Douro in Portugal.  The new restaurant offers pizzas and Brazilian BBQ. They wanted the branding to feel in keeping with the Quinta’s personality but to be more relaxed than their other restaurant, Cozinha da Clara.  As the Quinta is still very much a family run business the new restaurant has been called Tim’s Terrace, named after the owner’s father. In 2015 Quinta de la Rosa released a new wine to celebrate Tim.
Renowned for having a quirky dress sense, Tim was also known for being kind hearted and for his love of dogs. He was meant to be named Tim but as it was the name of their dog he was christened Philip but was always known as Tim. The dog is based on the local ‘Serra’ dog found in the Douro valley.
The menu's will be handcrafted from sturdy materials in order to withstand the elements. The menu interiors were prepared in order to allow the restaurant team to print their own menus on a daily basis.
